Eligibility criteria for the post of Licence Inspector under the Licence Department of BMC in terms of educational qualification and age limit are available below.
- Academic Qualification – The applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC). This ensures a minimum standard level of academic caliber.
- Age- The age range is from 21 to 38 years old as of December 31, 2024. Also being part of reserved category candidates would allow for higher age relaxations of up to five years.

BMC Licence Inspector Application Fee 2024
An applicant under the Licence Department of BMC will be requested to pay the application fee by their category. In the Open category, a candidate is required payment of a fee of ₹ 1000/-.
