Rajasthan Pre DElED Notification 2024
The Conducting Body, Registrar of Education Departmental Examination, Government of Rajasthan released the notification on May 11, 2024, under Advt No. 01/2024.
The Board is organizing the Rajasthan Pre DElEd (BSTC) exam for admission to two-year DElEd courses in different colleges.
The online application started on May 11 and will continue until May 31, 2024. The Pre DElEd exam is on June 30, 2024. DElEd is one of the most important diploma courses to be an elementary school teacher in India.

Education Qualification:
The candidates must have passed the 10+2/ Intermediate exam from any board. The minimum aggregate should be 50% or above and a minimum of 45% for reserved categories.
Age Limit:
The 12th-pass students should be at least 18 years old and less than 28 years old as of July 1, 2024. Age relaxation will follow the rules of the State Government.

Rajasthan Pre DElED Exam Date 2024
Rajasthan Education Department will hold the Pre DElEd examination on June 30, 2024. It is an offline exam of 3 hours on the OMR sheet. The exam will assess the candidate’s knowledge and proficiency.
Rajasthan Pre DElED Application Fee 2024
Rajasthan Pre DElED applications for various categories are listed below—
- Rajasthan General/Sanskrit (If any of the two courses): Rs. 450
- Rajasthan General & Sanskrit (If both the courses): Rs. 500
The candidates can pay the registration fees through online methods– Debit card/ Credit Card/ UPI/ Net banking etc.

Rajasthan Pre DElED Examination Pattern 2024
Rajasthan Pre DElEd exam pattern follows an offline OMR sheet-based exam. Read the exam pattern here—

The exam consists of 4 sections of 50 questions —
- Section A: Mental Ability (50 questions, 150 marks)
- Section B: Rajasthan General Knowledge (50 questions, 150 marks)
- Section C: Teaching Aptitude (50 questions, 150 marks)
- Section D: Language Proficiency-
English: 20 questions 60 marks, Hindi: 30 questions 90 marks Or Sanskrit: 30 questions 90 marks.

3. Total Marks: 690
4. Duration: 3 hours
5. Marking Strategy: Each question carries 3 marks. No negative marking.
6. Question Medium: The questions will be set in both English and Hindi languages.
